GENERAL CONDITIONS
Method of payment
We accept all major credit cards, such as: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and 4B. The price of the purchase will be charged to your bank account at the moment of the purchase, and will be deemed effective on receipt of the confirmation of the bank payment centre’s agreement.
Should the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) inform rejection of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled and you will be informed by email.
Deliveries
You can purchase Mika Muka products from any EU country.
Delivery Cost
The delivery cost will be 2.95 € for Spain and 4.95 € for the rest of the EU.
Delivery Time
The delivery time for all orders within the EU will be between 3 to 5 working days counting from the date the order was placed.
Exceptions: We will be on holidays from the 5th to the 25th of August! However, our online shop will continue to be open, the only change will be your Mika Muka pieces will be delivered the week of the 26th.
Taxes
Our item prices include VAT.
The sale will be registered under the current Spanish legislation System, and therefore the sales will be understood in the address of MIKA MUKA, Ronda Sant Pere, 14, 1º, 2ª B, 08010 Barcelona (Spain).
Exchanges and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days to return the item(s) or exchange them, counting from the day that you received the order.
Delivery costs of the items to exchange or return shall be at your expense.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another one, you will have to return the item you initially bought and place a new order.
Returns
In case of a return, the expenses of delivery will not be reimbursed. Also, the expense of picking up the item will not be under the cost of Mika Muka (with the exception of a damaged pieces).
Once the return has been approved, the refund will be credited to your credit or debit card.
Important information for returns
To return an item, this must be in perfect condition and within 15 days upon the receipt of the item.
Please use the same packaging as the item was sent in. In case the item gets damaged on the way and was not properly packed, the return might not be accepted.
Damaged items
An item will be considered damaged if it was received in bad conditions. Mika Muka will not accept a piece that was damaged due to improper use.
If you wish to return a damaged piece, please remember that will only be exchanged for another available in stock.
